Downloading Binding Files¶

Use this page to choose the right source for your bind files.

Stable vs Bleeding-Edge¶

• It's recommended to download binds from: subliminal.gg/bindings
• If you're an advanced user (or a glutton for punishment), feel free to use the GitHub repository. Feedback and pull requests are welcome.

ZIP File¶

• Extract the ZIP file to a desired location /downloads or desktop.
• Joystick Gremlin Profile*.xml Will be used to load the joystick mappings into JG.
• layout_*_exported.xml for Star Citizen
• layout_SUB_Clear_Bindings_4xx_exported.xml (used to reset star citizen binds before import; 4xx matches the current SC patch — e.g. 480 for 4.8.0)
• .af is for modifying the binding chart if you make changes (uses the free Adobe Illustrator alternative Affinity App)
• .png files are binding charts for your reference
• PDF versions of binding charts are included for reference (and are searchable in most PDF readers) Optional
• Audio files let Joystick Gremlin play a clip when a mode changes. Check your joystick README for setup details.
  • Audio files have two variations: HAL9000 and "Computer" from Star Trek. These were created with an online TTS generator. Feel free to make your own.
